At Right Parts we aim to keep our shipping and returns policies as simple and straight forward as possible.
Shipping
We can ship anywhere in New Zealand via the multiple couriers and freight providers we have available.
We charge freight on all orders to keep our prices competitive. You only pay freight charges for what has been sent (weight and cube) not based on number of tickets required, to ensure the best value for freight on any purchases from Right Parts.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification providing the tracking number(s) of your order(s). Should you be in the unfortunate position of freight being delayed or late, you have all the info on hand to see where it is and when it will be delivered. If there are any issues with a delivery, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
As a rule of thumb, our shipping time frames are below:
Courier – overnight to 48 hours depending on package size, courier and location of delivery.
Road Freight – overnight to 48 hours depending on shipment size, carrier and location of delivery.
Courier – overnight to 48 hours depending on package size, courier and location of delivery.
Road Freight – two to four days depending on shipment size, carrier, ferry timetables/delays, road conditions and location of delivery.
Returns
We’ve been around long enough to know that sometimes things happen, and we are happy to accept returned goods for credit, provided we have authorised the return first! To organise a return email sales@rightparts.co.nz and we will organise with you from there. Simple return rules are:- Returns will only be accepted if authorised prior to being sent back
- Returns will only be accepted provided the products are in a new, unused, never been fitted condition
- We will organise collection of the goods for return and will email the paperwork required to be attached to the item(s)
- If we got it wrong – we pay the freight to collect
- If you got it wrong – you pay the freight to collect
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through the secure Windcave Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the Windcave system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped.
Payment Security is managed through Windcave for mutual security. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.
